High-quality recycled building materials play a key  role towards the a resource transition in the construction industry. As mineral building products in particular consume enormous amounts of resources in Germany, raw material consumption of around 56 percent or 535 million tons per year need to be reduces. With regard to concrete and bricks, there is a high potential to cut down primary material consumption  through the usae of secondary raw material. Thus ReBAU is actively involved in the development and application of innovative recycling building products. Large-scale technical applications complete this task.
